Douglas Connect manages collaborative projects to achieve goals in scientific research, infrastructure development or service provision. Effective collaboration requires many elements including coordination, culture, communications, common understanding, decision making and interoperability.

We take a virtual organisation approach to source and match the best partner competencies to achieve the goals of the project.We facilitate communities in areas of scientific research so as to develop their continuing education and networking connections. Communities have collaboration pools from which partners are sought for collaborative projects.

With the OpenTox community we are developing a modern infrastucture for predictive toxicology, to support the activities of industry and regulators in evaluating the safety of chemicals in the environment.

We have established an InnovationWell Pool for Neglected Diseases Research and are currently running the Scientists Against Malaria initiative.

We are committed to supporting the conservation of diverse ecoysystems, wildlife and biodiversity for future generations.
